Hmmm, not sure how that all works. You should be able to order the physical book through the CreateSpace link just fine; I’ve had friends in the UK buy it off there before it was available on their country’s Amazon.

Christoper, It has been over 2 months. Any update on the hard cover collectors edition. Our other books in this series are hard cover and I want to keep that the same for my son. This would make an awesome Christmas present. In our family, it has always been the elves that send books for Christmas so this would so fit in with that.

I haven’t checked in with the Elves of the Underground for a few weeks to see what the total “pre-order” count is yet, but that number is what would justify what kind of money we’d need to front for this potential endeavor. Will keep you posted; don’t hesitate to ask again if you don’t hear from me.

Hi Terry. Congrats! That’s awesome. I have a $.99 ebook on Kindle called Handbook to Publishing Your Novel about the process I use to publish my books now. I’ve since finished my contracts with Tsaba House Inc. and Thomas Nelson Publishing and have gone completely self-published for reason I outline in the book, with no plans on returning to traditional publishing as it’s out dated.
