Everyone is anxiously awaiting the release of The Tide of Unmaking. But certainly no one more than me. Only because the approval of the proof is now in my hands.
Well, almost in my hands.
It was supposed to be here yesterday. Until UPS decided for the first time in hundreds if not thousands of packages sent to me that they needed a suite number for the shipping address.
Now approving (or making changes to) the proof must wait until Monday at 3:30pm EST.
Dah!

As I just finished emailing Wayne:
A.) If the book arrives Monday, *and* it’s 100% good to go, it could be made live almost immediately.
B.) If the book arrives Monday and needs minor changes, I *might* be able to make those changes on the spot, and resubmit new files, which will need 48-hours to process, making the book live shortly after their approval.
C.) If the book arrives Monday and needs serious changes which would demand a new proof, that’s 2 days plus another week.
That’s the best timeline we can give you for now.

I’m having the same problem! When I try to get to the UG, I get a white screen with some of the links, but none of them work; they just lead to the same white screen. And when I try to log in, it just loads and loads and eventually a screen pops up that says it’s never going to actually load.
I hope its okay. :S i emailed CH about it.

I was just wondering if the special edition was still gonna be happening with TotU. I had heard that it WOULD be coming out, but then that kinda drifted off.
The amount of work it took me to get this one ready, esp during summer hours, made any other plans take a back burner. After some time to rest for yours truly, we may take a pole and see how much interest there is. Even if you want to start a thread on TU feel free. I’m guessing the hard covers would be about $25 or so, and we’d need a minimum of 500 people interested. Those numbers could be wrong, but it’s a good place to start. I’d need to check with one of our specialty printers.
Okey Dokey! So if I can get 500 people at the LEAST to WANT a special edition, it might inspire you guys?
