High born true citizens

High born true citizens; ruling class; also called suparia-class. These people are members of the high families by birth, but they can join through marriage (called marriage bought in which a suparia-class takes a valex-class spouse) or by adoption (called value adoptive in which a valex-class citizen assumes a legally adopted heir). In addition to their universal basic provision, luxuries for suparia-class citizens are paid for by the Imperium.
