Welcome back to the backyard.

HopperCon 2026 is the third in-person installment of our little sci-fi not-a-cult gathering, built for super fans, longtime readers, and first-timers who want to finally meet the people behind the usernames and make real memories together.
 

This year, we’re doing what everyone asked for: less programming, more hanging out. Expect a relaxed weekend centered on campfire conversation, late-night laughs, and the kind of easy chaos that happens when a bunch of science-fiction nerds land in the same place at the same time. We’ll still have a light, formal schedule with a few fun items, and we’ll send that out closer to the event.
 

What you’re signing up for:

• A full weekend pass for HopperCon 2026 (July 24–26) at the Hopper home in Chaumont, NY.

• Campfire hangouts, backyard social time, and massive bonfire energy.

• Bring your lawn chair, bring a drink to share, and prepare for late-night frivolity.

• Keep an eye out for Moose, the infamous Flemish Giant rabbit (celebrity sightings are never guaranteed, but he runs this place).
   

Important attendance rules:

This is an adult event intended for ages 18+ with adult content and alcoholic beverages.
Teens are welcome but must be 13+ or a high school freshman and accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
 

Ticketing + pricing:

• VIP / Loyalty Pricing: $100 per person
  Available to previous HopperCon attendees and former premium Hopperverse subscribers through June 1st. *Attempts to purchase this ticket by those not meeting the VIP criteria will be refunded.

• General Admission: $150 per person
  Opens to the public March 1st.

• Capacity is hard-capped at 100 tickets. First come, first served.

• Your digital receipt is proof-of-purchase; no tickets will be mailed.

Logistics:

• The Hopper’s address will be provided to registered attendees.

• Attendees are responsible for their own meals and lodging.

• Recommended nearby towns: Chaumont, Clayton, Cape Vincent, Alexandria Bay, Sackets Harbor, and Watertown, NY.
