Regulated guild licensed by the Imperium

Each planet possesses a regulated mercenary guild licensed by the Imperium and overseen by the local planetary high family. Guild members are employed for a variety of requisition tasks involving Imperium law breakers as well as running security where Stratus forces can't be bothered or local vigilum are ill-suited.
